Easy Peasy!, After agonizing hours of research and tons of reading reviews, I finally broke and bought the Dremel Rotary. The specific objective was to sand the nail my dog. I was very concerned that this does not work or have had some difficulty in that, but this was not the case.
It 'was easy to put together and then pay. I spent several days just turning on the rotation (without the attachment Sander), for my dog gets used to noise. Each time was left on giving small pieces of candy. Like after 5 minutes, I started touching her legs to Rotary. Let me off and on again just so she would not be surprised by the noise. The Dremel is no shortage of battery juice 15-20 minutes that I used (I turn it off when not in use). On a dog 11 pounds Rotary was the force of law. We recommend this for grooming your dog. Oh, yes, the experience of governing was very nice - no more traction, extract, moan, and cut to the heart!
