The 2nd One Is The Charm!, Last week I ordered the Nailer to take the place of my combo Bostitch Nailer / stapler. I contacted Amazon and explained the situation to the gentleman and he was kind enough to send another Nailer me with a shipping label to return, without charge. I received the Nailer again one day! Nice touch, guys. UPS picked up the Nailer 1 and has prevailed. If I have other problems with the gun that I update my feedback. I 5 Nailer Bostitch others, and everything works perfectly.
